Friend Looking For a Room For Rent

No, I'm not crazy. We no longer have our room for rent, but that's a long and horrible and frustrating story. So, now I am trying to help a friend find a room for rent.

I have a friend who is looking for a room for rent. He does have one small dog, so the place must be pet-friendly. This would preferably be a roommate situation. He is looking at paying around $300 minus utilities, $350 with utilities. He may be able to stretch a little further, but that's what he's looking at.
