Need a Place to Rent

We're moving. Again. And hopefully for the last time before we purchase a house, although, we've said that before. We're moving mostly because we'd like to regain our privacy. One of our roommates is moving back to Purdue (we knew he'd be here short term, but have made the decision to move, too), and I'm tired of dealing with the whole roommate fiascoes. So! I'm excited, but we need a place to rent. Here is a list of what we're looking for (and any help will be greatly appreciated):

House/Duplex/Townhouse/Condo.

2 Bedroom/1 Bath
Pet-Friendly
Washer/Dryer Hook-Ups
Decent/Nice Neighborhood

Bonuses include: Appliances included (dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, garbage disposal), lawncare provided, hardwood floors

We are a clean, non-smoking couple with stable job histories (5 years and 1 1/2 years) who rarely have company. We are respectful of our neighbors, and try to keep our television, music, and general noise to a minimum. We don't drink, nor party, so there are no issues there. We're actually pretty boring and I don't anticpate anyone having any issues with us.
