Thanksgiving Update
Thanksgiving was great. My Mom visited for the second time since I moved up here over 5 years ago. I enjoyed it immensely. My sister and my niece also joined her on the trip, and it was fun having them around, too.
I have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, and life, for me, seems to get better and better each year. My Mom even noticed how at peace I was, and how happy and in love the fiance and I are. It makes me feel great when people really notice how my life and my attitude has changed throughout the years.
I hope I get to see them again soon.

who exactly are "they" anyhow, real doctors with real degrees?

I think "they" are the drug companies, big businesses, the government, and doctors.
