Roommate Wanted
Two of our roommates are moving out. They're moving somewhere cheaper to save money for their wedding. This leaves one of our bedrooms available.
So, here's our info:
Roomates: 3 (Two Guys, 1 Girl)
Ages: 19, 23, 24
Pets: Yes, 1 Kitten
Area: Hamilton Place (there is a bus route nearby)
Rent: $350 a month
Utilities: $87 a month
Deposit: $100
About Us: We're a bunch of geeks looking for another geek to live with us and share expenses until December. We will most-likely move in December and at that time, we can discuss whether the new addition will be coming along. We live in an upscale apartment community, top floor, balcony, and the apartment is furnished. The bedroom for rent is not furnished, but does include an adjoining bathroom (shared with 1 roommate), and a walk-in closet.
Looking For: 1 roommate (although, if you are a couple or two friends, we will consider you sharing the extra room at a slightly higher rent price, but slightly lower utilities for each individual), non or outside smoker, responsible, fun, not clingy. No Scientologists and no murderers, hardeeharhar!
